The Last Newspaper in the World by Mick Stone
The death of a small town mayor becomes the catalyst for change at a local newspaper. Bill Brown, a surfer and reluctant reporter, would rather go surfing, drink coffee and flirt with Angelique. The death propels him into taking life and his work more seriously, as he investigates what becomes a 'sex, drugs and rock 'n roll' murder.
