Dreaming big for little people
The story of Shona's achievements have gone global event before her novel is published and the short film has screened.
Digital Journal, a global digital media service, has run a story entitled "Dreaming big for little people" saying:
"Based in New Zealand, Hammond Boys is the National Director of the NZ Children’s Art House Foundation. Awarded the Volunteer Service Award by President Obama for services to children’s art, she has also been honoured with a (New Zealand) Queens Service Medal."
